1. My favorite site was diigo. I think that it is cool that you can sticky note things on websites and highlight important information too! It seems like a website that would really help keep me organized and on track. My favorite part about it was that you can collaborate with colleagues or other students on projects as well. http://www.diigo.com/
2. I have mixed feelings about web 2.0 being useful in k-12 classrooms. I think in elementary school, especially in the younger grades that computers and most importantly the web are inappropriate. It would be too difficult to teach younger kids how to use the computer. Older grades especially in high school though I think it is important to know how to use computers and their tools. It is also important to know how to surf the web to find information for essays and such. (As long as it is cited.)
